What’s the difference between the Sneaker Ball and the Conference Day?
The Sneaker Ball is our Friday night kickoff — a fun, elegant evening of fellowship, dinner, dancing, music, and photo ops… all while rocking your cutest sneakers!
The Conference Day is on Saturday and is focused on worship, teaching, and encouragement with powerful sessions, keynote speaker, and activities designed to inspire and equip women in their faith.
Where is Sneaker Ball located?
Sneaker Ball 2025 is located at Lonestar Mansion's Carriage House located at 629 John Charles Dr., Burleson, TX 76028. You don't want to miss it!
Is there a separate cost for Sneaker Ball?
No! Sneaker Ball is included with your 2025 Heels Conference registration, however, space is limited at Sneaker Ball so it's best to register now.
Where is Conference located?
Conference Day is Saturday, September 27 at Turning Point Church located at 10700 Old Burleson Rd., Fort Worth, TX 76140. Doors open at 9 AM. Come early to shop the vendor market!
Are meals included?
Dinner is provided and included at Sneaker Ball. Lunch is at your own expense on Saturday. There will be food truck vendors onsite on conference day or you are free to leave for lunch and return. You won't want to miss the raffle giveaways after we return back from lunch!
What age is this event for?
The Sneaker Ball is open to girls ages 8 and up (kids ticket required for ages 8-12). Conference day sessions are designed for young women and adults ages 13 and up (registration required).
Can I purchase a ticket for only one of the days.
No, the ticket price is for both days unless we sell out for Sneaker Ball. The ticket price remains the same whether you come to both or just one day.
When is registration deadline?
Your registration covers both the Sneaker Ball and Conference Day. The Sneaker Ball portion has limited capacity, so register early to make sure you’re in! If space is still available, you can register at the door. The Conference Day portion has no capacity limit, so even if you miss the Sneaker Ball cut-off, you can still join us for the full conference experience.
What is the attire for this event?
Friday night’s Sneaker Ball is a fun mix of elegance and comfort — think dressy or semi-formal outfits paired with your cutest, most stylish sneakers.
Saturday’s Conference Day is more relaxed — casual, comfortable, and church-appropriate attire is perfect. Many guests choose outfits that are easy to move in and bring a light sweater or jacket for cooler rooms.
Is there childcare provided?
Due to limited space, childcare will NOT be provided. We love your kiddos, but we do not have that capacity at this time. Please plan accordingly.
What is the parking situation at each location?
For the Sneaker Ball, parking is part of the VIP experience! Golf carts will be available to shuttle guests from the parking area, and volunteers will be on hand to assist those who need help — including offering valet service for guests who require it. Be ready for your red carpet spotlight as you make your way in!
For Conference Day, parking is self-park at the church, with plenty of spaces available close to the entrance.
Should I bring extra spending money?
Your registration includes the Sneaker Ball dinner + conference, but you’ll want to bring a little extra for exclusive merch, yummy food vendors, and can’t-miss shopping finds from our amazing conference vendors. Vendor list reveal coming soon…
Do you offer group rates?
Yes! We love welcoming groups. Special pricing is available for groups registering together — perfect for churches, ministries, and friend circles. Contact us for group rates and details on how to register your group in one easy step.
What is the refund policy?
All registrations are non-refundable. However, if you can’t attend, your ticket can be transferred to another person — just contact us with their name so we can update the registration.
